We have just spent a rainy November week at Red Doors with our 2year old and 2 month old... not the easiest holiday, you'd think, but Red Doors was fantastic. Our cottage was beautifully equipped and in great order, cosy and comfortable. The pool and outdoor play areas were great, and the "toy barn" (as named by our toddler) had every toy you have ever seen - again, all in very good condition. There is plenty to do in short reach in the area, and great muddy walks too.
The owners are lovely and incredibly helpful. I can't recommend it enough!Read moreLess1 person found this review helpful.

Charming Cottage nicely furnished (Holly Cottage), with great facilities, high chair and travel cot provided, indoor swimming pool, under 5's games room, swings and climbing frame, trampoline and outdoor play area with ride on toys for toddlers. The best bit about the self-catering holiday for me was the freezer in the games room with locally produced ready meals made from local produce, operating on an honesty system, which meant that I didn't have to cook all week! I call that a real holiday. Perfect for a toddler and relaxing for parents. Didn't feel the need to do to many excursions as it was snowing in March but was never bored.
