"Fantastic for all the family - great food, loads for the kids.…"
This is a truly fantastic place to go and stay - can't recommend it highly enough. Fabulous local bakeries and butchers a short bike ride or stroll away. Lots to keep children occupied in the grounds - with a massive playbarn that our daughter loved - great for early mornings and rainy days. The owners are next door and are as on hand or laid back as you need them to be. They cook meals twice a week and serve to you in your dining room - home cooked deliciousness and a welcome break. Book 2 weeks - 1 week isn't long enough!Read moreLess
"Relaxation for parents with everything for kids taken care of…"
4 Rue de La Dive, is one of the cottages available through toddlerholiday.com
The aim of the holiday is to provide boutique standard accommodation for parents, while ensuring everything you need for the kids is already there for you.
We stayed in Le Cottage which is designed for a couple + baby/toddler. The cottage was beautifully renovated and furnished with it's own garden. Everything we needed for our six month old was provided and clean!
The cottage is set in the grounds of the owners home, alongside another house available for a larger group.
The grounds are stunning, including swings, sandpits, animals (donkeys and goats) and a swimming pool (albeit unheated and a bit chilly). The hosts were friendly and super helpful and would cook and babysit for you.
Driving from the UK was made possible because everything was there for us.

We were able to relax in beautiful surroundings.

The surrounding area of Normandie offers lots to do for families from beach, to the WWII trail, to markets, shopping, zoos, pony trekking, etc etc.Read moreLess
