Aparthotel Broncemar Beach

Went to this resort in August 2010.

The rooms were tired looking and could have done with a makeover. However, I could not fault the cleansiness.
The food was ok, got repetitive but I am very fussy with food.
Staff - Hotel and Thomas Cooks staff was nice and friendly. The entertainment put on by them was also good on the whole.
Kids club - would recommend. DD (4 nearly 5 at time) used it and loved it. As is was ran by Thomas Cooks it had the appropiate ratios of staff to kids.
Pool - There was 3 pools. Toddler pool and 2 main pools. The toddler pool and one of the main ones were cold. The other pool was heated.

This was our first family holiday abroad and had a great time.

The staff "work really hard to make the holiday enjoyable" and the resort is "perfect for children, with a Noddy train and Hippo Fun Park." Food is "just OK" and the apartments "large, but not particularly well-equipped. You have to hire your toaster and kettle." There was also "an occasional sun bed war!" The beach is man-made but "clean, safe and great for children, but "it's still worth hiring a car and exploring some of the other 160 beaches on the island."

A great holiday, the only place we have been to that we would have no hesitation going back to. No need to hire kettles or toasters!
