  "The most amazing way to recharge…" 01-Oct-2012 I spent a long weekend with Feel Great Breaks - www.feelgreatbreaks.com - at the Hotel Les Rotes in June and I returned feeling fantastic, let alone great! I completely recharged from my busy life as a mum of two, thanks to the regime of twice daily yoga sessions overlooking the sea, thought-provoking meditation and healthy food. The hospitality of the Feel Great Breaks team, Nikki and Jess was exemplary. I would whole-heartedly recommend it if you need to relax and rediscover yourself.
