A lovely hotel with a nice swimming pool. The beach had problems with seaweed washing up but the hotel cleaned it up every morning and the government were supposed to be implementing something to help with prevention.
It was a short taxi drive to pretty much anywhere on the island. We booked half board and it was cheaper to take a taxi to/from town and eat there than have lunch in the hotel. It also meant you experienced a bit more of the local life.
There are few British guests, most being French & Russian, so not the place to meet lots of other families.
There was a good range of food though there is a seafood night with many dishes containing tuna. However I still found enough to eat despite not liking tuna.
One tip is to give the waiter a decent tip the first night and you'll find he then saves your table each night and has your drinks ready.Read moreLessMumsnetter craftynclothy
