This is a great spa hotel with 12 hours childcare from 6 months onward. We went mid-December, and our kids aged 6 and 2 spent on average 8 hours each day in the kids and baby club with lovely Austrian ladies while we enjoyed the excellent spa facilities. The kids and baby club facilities were also very spacious and very well-planned. Not everybody speaks perfect English, but they are very attentive and do their best to accommodate.
