Hotel Presidente Ibiza, Spain

Fantastic family hotel, everything is geared up for children and families and would not recommend going if you don't have children!

The entertainment team and children's reps worked tirelessly and all the kids seem to love them!
The main pool could be a bit chilly at times but was a welcome relief on very hot days, and the new splash park was simply amazing, my 2 children (aged 6 and 4) spent hours in there, struggled to get them away at times!

The food was ok, we never had a problem with it but some people liked to moan... just think some people moan for the sake of it. It was quite repetitive every day but there was a big choice, they catered for everyone and even had a children's section at one end of the restaurant.

The rooms weren't amazing, we had bunk beds in a family room but there was no ladder to reach the top bunk and it was quite a high bed, the floor was solidly tiled and I was worried about one of the kids falling out. We ended up putting both our children head to toe in the same bed, didn't want to risk putting one of them on the top bunk! At the end of the day, although the rooms weren't fantastic all we did was sleep there, so it didn't matter that they were a bit dated nor that the tv didn't work, they were clean and that was all that mattered for us.

Some of the bar staff were a bit miserable but never had a problem getting drinks or ice creams, though they were a bit grumpy when my son tried to get an ice cream after his all inclusive band fell off!

The resort is gorgeous, the sea is shallow and the most beautiful colour. It is a very, very quiet resort, but perfect for us, we only went for a quiet getaway! The hill down to the beach is a bit of a killer on a hot day but nowhere near as bad as some people made it out to be when we first arrived!

The fish swim around your feet in the sea, my kids were fascinated by that, but after we had a morning of rain there were several jelly fish around so beware! Would love to go back, had such a fantastic time!
