It is possible to book this hotel direct with Grupotel. This had real advantages as we could enjoy very high standards of self catering accommodation but we were not restricted to all inclusive diet.

If the weather is hot the pools are hot. There is a very big shallow pool for small children and even a shaded pool for babies. There is a wonderful indoor pool as well should there be any inclement weather. I cannot fault the hotel. It was cleaned to a very high standard. There were always enough sun beds.

The hotel has more Spanish clients than English some might find that a problem but we didn't.

If you do go for the self-catering option take lots of euros as the drinks are not cheap nor are the supermarket or restaurants. I would recommend Avanti, Veneza restaurants. A place Goody, Goody is also very good for children as it has bouncy castles little go-carts.
