"Mumsnetters' comments: Easy flights and transfers with "fantastic luxury accommodation""
20-Dec-2010
Mumsnetters' comments: Easy flights and transfers with "fantastic luxury accommodation" One reviewer raved: "we even had a private terrace with jacuzzi" and another "really enjoyed watching some of the more footballer's wives-type clientele!" There are "plenty of places for children to explore" but be warned: "there are lots of steps so it's not great for pushchairs." The kids' club is popular, though in school holidays the hotel is "full of ready-made English playmates anyway." Food is "good" and "varied" with all eight restaurants serving children's meals. Overall: "expensive but brilliant if you're looking for five star accommodation with children's facilities."

"Stayed here 2009 in October (pregnant with 2 year old"
22-Jan-2010
Stayed here 2009 in October (pregnant with 2 year old son)- very lovely hotel, most of the staff were wonderful but its very much an adults hotel that you can take your children. Very wealthy couples with children most were quite happy to leave in the kids club ( the lady who ran it was wonderful with the children) but we go on our holiday to play with our children not just drop them off with someone else. Rooms were lovely we had ground floor (scared of balconies and a toddler!) - we could only really eat in one restaurant which was ok, but a choice would have been nice (some restaurants were closed as it was out of season). Kids pool was ok - no fun things except a bag of squirters. overall a lovely hotel for a couple but our little one got a bit bored - we waterparks and wild life places we visited he loved. Expensive for what it was - neede more kiddy bits and in one part if you have a 'runner' they have steps to a pool that I'd be scared to walk down - stone and about 30-40 foot high....very scary! Going to try Vita Park this year so hope its better!
