Pretty resort, rooms very nice. Service very slow. Food very expensive. Dissapointed that I couldn't hire just 1 golf club (to use on driving range) instead had to hire complete bag at 20 euros per day. Use of Tennis Court was 10 Euros (really expected this type of thing to be free).

This hotel was great for families. There's a fantastic kids' club (complimentary) with loads of great activities indoors and outdoors..thought it was even better than their nursery back in the UK! It's even open until midnight so we had a couple of meals just the two of us which was nice. There's also a creche (didn't use this) which you pay for but it seemed very well run. The family pool was shallow, it sloped down like a beach and was nice and warm which was great for all of us! The kids happily splashed about at the water's edge while we sat from our sunloungers a couple of metres away. The beach is great too, nice white sand (not that horrible black sand like on other beaches in Tenerife). The beach bar was really good, the food was lovely. We had a room in one of the rows of villas (these are a short walk away from the main hotel and each row has its own pool in front) - because we were in a Villa room we got a complimentary buggy to explore the grounds - very fun! Food and service in the restaurants was great. Golf course magnificient. Spa was lovely, didn't have a treatment but I made use of a complimentary spa experience wth pools and steam/sauna rooms etc. - very nice! Great hotel would love to go back!

Really lovely hotel with huge rooms with beautiful bathrooms. There's a superb Kids Club which is as good as any paid nursery in the UK. The secluded beach is stunning with imported white sand and it has lots of pools which are very warm which makes a change. The sloping shallow main pool is great for toddlers and babies. I indulged in the three-storey spa and my husband really like the golf course although he said it was really challenging.
