Stayed here Christmas 2011 with Crystal. Great chalet rooms were clean and comfortable, simply furnished. The only communal space is the dining room but this wasn't a problem. Small chalet easy to send children up to bed and sit around with others in the dining room after their in bed. Good location, not too far to walk to lifts or ski bus. Food was good a fusion of British and Austrian style although cooked breakfast portion sizes quite small. House wine provided with dinner was very palatable.
A selection of board games was available for children and the staff were happy to check if meals were suitable.
The only thing to put me off going again was the ski school Crystal used had mostly Dutch children in the groups, although instructors were trilingual it wasn't such a sociable atmosphere for children.Read moreLessMumsnetter FannyBazaar
