Waldesruh

Brilliant! Stayed in January 2010, and will be going back in 2011. Visited as part of a larger family group (us and our 9 month old, sister in law and husband with 3 year old and granny). Rooms all fantastic, especially liked the family rooms we had, with separate rooms for the children, through our bedroom so no need to tiptoe about and totally safe too. They provided separate baby / child meals in early evening - this was particularly appreciated especially considering we were at low season and no other children staying then. They also made baby purÉes for us fresh every day, which was great.

Location is fantastic, just at the bottom of the slopes, so was really handy for us who were sharing childcare to meet up and swap over at lunchtime. We didn't use the childcare available due to age of the children (and the fact that they don't understand English yet - we're Welsh), but there is free childcare available at their sister hotel Alphubel, with a shuttle bus between the two.

We booked our 2011 holiday as soon as we got home in 2010, and are counting down the days already!
