This is a really good choice for family skiing. The hotel is a couple of minutes from the main ski lift and ski school meeting place so it's incredibly easy to get to lessons - we even made it on time most of the time. The set up for kids is really excellent - lots of great activities - including evening video club with supervision and readily available playmates. The nannies were excellent and they take them and pick them up from ski school each day which means you can get on to the slopes in good time to reach the best restaurants. (Try L'Armailly in Les Brevieres and Edelweiss in Le Fornet for top lunchtime dining on/ at the bottom of the slopes - but do book ahead - these are unsurprisingly very popular restaurants)
The resort itself has an amazing variety and number of runs - great big bowls of off piste as well as lots of groomed blues and reds - that really will suit all types of skier. Our youngest - a beginner - went to ESF and was the only English speaking kid in class but he stuck it out and actually because the teacher was lovely. Most of the British kids go with Evolution 2 - the class sizes aren't too big and teachers speak very good English.
The hotel is comfortable and totally staffed by Mark Warner reps. The communal areas are welcoming and though the rooms are fairly basic they are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. The food is good - and there is copious amounts of it - don't for a minute think you'll lose any weight from all that exercise especially with home baked cakes and hot chocolates available on your return for the slopes (and you know what that mountain air does to your appetite). The kids' food is also good - lots of options, freshly cooked and with crispy veg.
To top it off there's a spa in the basement where you can have a massage and a sauna - which was the icing on the cake (did I mention the cakes?).Read moreLessMumsnetter JustineMumsnet

Reviewers praised "the excellent service and childcare" at this Mark Warner Hotel. "The children are brilliantly looked after" and "because they are accompanied by nannies to ski school the adults get more time to ski." The ski hosting is a "great facility as you can get a lot of skiing in with a similar level of skier." The "rooms are small and basic but comfortable" and "a baby listening service means you can enjoy a relaxing evening meal." Overall an "ultra sociable holiday" that's "fabulous for all the family." The only downside is the "horrid transfer from Geneva."

Very overpriced for a what is a basic hotel. Our daughters nanny was very poor and didn't want to be there.
