absolutely excellent, hotel has its "quirks" , very little sound proofing, but food fab, childcare staff fun and enthuiastic ( even though it was the end of the season)are family room was vast with a double and 2 singles , and enough room for a game of hide and seek. resort is very small, and skiing good for beginner to intermediate levels, very good skiers might get bored. Italy was still very cheap to buy drinks in the ski bar etc. Crystal are seen as a budget option but this holiday was really great value for money we will definightly go back , it far exceeded are expectations considering how much it cost.

wouldn't go to this hotel again. Room was only just big enough to fit the cot in and it was freezing, they just kept giving us more blankets instead of fixing the faulty heating, Bottle of milk froze overnight in the room and had snow in through the patio doors one night. All came down with a sickness bug as well.
Resort OK but wouldn't rush back.
