Reviewers liked the club-hotel concept: "big enough to be anonymous but also very friendly and sociable if you want that." The creche was described as "excellent" with "caring nannies" who are "conveniently located in the hotel." The ski guiding service is "fantastic" and the food "absolutely superb - I just hope the same chef returns next year!" Highly recommended "to anyone, children or no children", and considered "well worth the extra travelling time". The only notable drawback was the unsociable flight times. Even still, one reviewer deemed it "the best holiday we've had since our 18 month old has been born!"

excellent all-round for kids and families, though weather can be very cold and/or wet. well worth the extra travelling time (I'd much rather have a seven hour flight and 40 minutes in a taxi than a 2 hour flight and 3 hours in a coach!)
