After a disastrous previous holiday with Esprit we were a little nervous but the service from Snowline was fantastic. The nanny was lovely and very sensible and our kids had a great time. When DH broke his arm the Snowline staff pulled out all the stops and were really fantastic. I'm not sure how good a resort this would be with older kids as most of the nice runs were very high and could be unpleasant in poor weather, the runs down to the village were all quite tricky. Dd was only four so was just on the nursery slope this time.
It's a long transfer from Geneva with small kids and Val d'isere isn't cheap but incredibly pretty, lots of fairy lights everywhere etc.Read moreLessMumsnetter liath
