Chalet Les Arolles

We had an amazing holiday in Chalet Les Arolles with Family Ski Company. We were a big group of 4 families (17 in all) and this chalet had plenty of room for us all. All bedrooms were en-suite and the beds were really comfortable. The common area was big enough for us all to relax with plenty of games to play and a DVD player for when the kids just wanted to chill.

The kids met on the decking outside the front door each morning to be taken to ski school by the childcare team, allowing the grown-ups to have another cup of tea before hitting the slopes.

The chalet is right on the piste, this is great not only for the perfect ski in ski out experience, but can also be very entertaining when sitting in the Hot Tub on the decking watching the other skiiers!

The chalet host and chef were wonderful. They were brilliant with the kids and served up delicious food each night; nothing was too much trouble. The ski school helpers go out on the slopes with the little ones during ski school; then they feed back in the evenings telling us how each child got on - this to me is an invaluable part of what Family Ski offer.

The childcare in the afternoons was also fab, our children didn't want to leave they were having so much fun!

I can't say enough good things about this chalet (or Family Ski Company!).

So depressed to be back in the UK! This company think of everything - nappies, bottles, sterilisers, childcare, baby baths, childrens cutlery and crockery. They will cater for any age child - whether they need pureed food, chopped, mashed etc.. Fantastic resort, very buggy friendly. The chalet was on the slope, you ski down the run 10 metres to get the chairlift up the mountain. Just perfect. The creche is attached to the chalet. Our daughter had a 1:1 ratio which was fantastic. The staff are very keen and caring. It was the first time she had been to nursery and she loved it! Will be booking for next year.
