Absolutely fantastic place.
We were supposed to be going to Majorca, but got cancelled due to the Icelandic volcano. I booked a suite the day before we travelled after searching online - and what a find!
Beautiful location, fabulous room, can't fault it. Very family friendly, we couldn't get my son (aged 4) off the beach or away from the kids playroom.
The food was absolutely superb and very reasonable.
I would recommend this to anyone and will definately be going back.Read moreLess

An amazing family friend hotel, that is more like a home. Just 12 rooms; which are set up as either suites or apartments. The majority have amazing sea views across the lawn. The rooms are set up so you can be self catering or use the hotels restaurant, there is a fridge, microwave/combi-oven.
Run by ex Fowey Hall couple, all the lovely touches are there and the service is fantastic.
Big garden for children to run around in with a trampoline, climbing frame etc. Plus an indoor swimming pool. Inside there is a large playroom full of toys, books and dvds. A large tv which really impressed our ds's! And an x-box.
For grown ups a big sitting room with comfy sofas.
Our favourite part is the beach at the bottom of the lane, a 2 minute walk. And a short coastal walk over to the village of Porscatho. Easy for little legs.
Close by is the sailing town of St Mawes. We had a good afternoon at the Falmouth Maritime Museum. We will definitely return.Read moreLess
