What a great place to stay: history, fantastic food, great surroundings. Central to Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens and only 25 minutes to the coast at highcliffe where there is a castle and widing path to the seafront. This is a great holiday if you have kids as there is so much to do and see. If you like walking there is a walk through the woods along the river to beauleiu. There is so much space for kids to run around. The place is really peaceful off peak. There is a steam train at Exbury, there is a monorail, bus ride, and cars through time ride at Beaulieu. The restaurant serves really good food. And for those with young kids I would advise get the room service or you can sit out in the sun by the small pub- you have views over the river that make you feel you have really got away from the hussel and bussel of daily life.
