An amazingly situated site. Direct access to the beautiful Lake and set in amongst the pine trees that that part of the Atlantic Coast is famous for. The ocean is only a few miles away. Lovely spacious pitches and clean, well-spaced out ablutions/washing up areas. Cafe/Bar on the lake beach (breakfasts too) and very well-stocked shop. Very friendly, helpful staff who speak excellent English. Lovely children's playground & boules pitch. There are also cinema showings. Bus service into Lacanau-Ocean town, but there's also a cycle route (separate from the road) which heads into town/the sea.
