Comments from other mumsnetters: "Bathtime books are great from when they can sit up in the bath onwards". Essentially they are plastic, foam-filled books with colourful pictures in them and "they make fab gifts to send to someone overseas as they're so light, you don't have to spend a fortune on postage". "Great for holidays - can be used in or out of the bath as a chewable, educational, fun toy!"Read moreLess

My dd loves bath books. We have one that has a sucker to stick to the side of the bath. Admittingly she likes the sucker more than the book at times but whatever keeps her happy. Great for teething babies as well as no cardboard to fish out of her mouth when shes managed to get a piece off the corner of the book.Read moreLess
