The child needs to be steady handed set up tiny pieces. This is a really lovely house for The Sylvanian Family. The working lights are the big attraction. It's sturdily built, just about worth the expense as it will last several children and is truly loved by mine.
Be warned - the lights consume a lot of battery power if left on for much time. Buy rechargeables and keep a set on permanent charge!
The only reason I would not give this any higher score is the cost - it's not a cheap toy.
