"Keeps my toddler absorbed for ages…"
I bought this for DD (now 3) and now 1 year old DS is addicted. In fact they both play with it together now. Its the toy I get out when I need to buy a few minutes peace to shower (or MN). "Fun, colourful and educational…"
We had this for our first child and its now doing the rounds with our second. It really helped our first child build up his knowledge of shapes and colours. It has different setting to that can help the child learn numbers, sounds etc so you can change it up a little bit online some other shape sorters. The only bug bare I have is that if the child accidentally pushes the top button then it pops up before all the shapes are in... and once they know how to do this it does become more fun than putting the actual shapes into the rocket. Great toy though, our 7 month obvisouly can't put the shapes in yet but he has a little bop to the sounds.Read moreLess
"I would say age range between 6 months and 2…"
I would say age range between 6 months and 2 years. Even if too young to fit the shapes the enjoyment of the sounds will benefit younger babies.
Good solid feel to this toy and with 6 different actions, it provides other dimensions to the standard shape sorter. My little un plays with this every day and so far not got bored of it. One downside is it is a little top heavy so won't stay up for long.Read moreLess
