Yes they look pretty
Yes for five minutes they stay intact after hours of making them
No they are not good value
No they do not retain play value, except the figures
Stick to the figures and cheap sets, buy solid vehicles if they like Star Wars

Both my boys are Star wars mad and love building ships and vehicles with the lego. Even when the original model has been made and broken up they have just as much fun using their imagination to build new weird and wonderful creations.

The best buy ever is lego for boys. My son spends hours creating new ships to play with his lego figures. Brilliant for the imagination and a must have in my house. Compared to all the expensive nonsense bought in the past this is n absolute bargain!
