"Has kept my little one entertained for months…"
12-Nov-2012
A fantastic acquisition - our daughter has happily played with this for past 6/7 months and still happily marches around with it now at 16 months. She likes the phone, the noises, lights and tunes. Would recommend to anyone.

"Entertaining!…"
13-Sep-2012
My daughter has had hers from 6 months and it has been used so much! I don't think I would have ever cleaned my house without it. She loved running up and down our lounge with it before she could walk. The front is detachable and we took that part on holiday with us. Only negative - the song played gets stuck in my head and is really annoying! But my daughter loves it!

""Hello, Puppy calling, would you like to play with me?…"
13-Oct-2011
"Hello, Puppy calling, would you like to play with me? Let's have fun together while you learn your ABC!"
This is a relatively versatile toy - you can detach the playboard and give it to a baby who's not pulling up yet, to have on the floor (or take it with you on holiday, as we did!), and re-clip it to the walker frame to offer vertical entertainment too. The playboard will eventually drive you mad, but the babies seem to love all the different tunes and flashing buttons. In terms of providing your baby with something that will 'teach' them ABC, numbers, colours etc, forget it - all they're doing at this age is basic cause and effect - in this instance, they press buttons and get music. By the time they're capable of 'learning their ABC', they will almost certainly have become bored of Puppy Colin (as he's known here, for obvious reasons if you listen to the theme tune often enough) and he'll have been passed on.
The walker function is ok, but there are no brakes or stops, so until your cruising baby is steady on his or her feet, the walker is liable to run away with them. It's pretty stable, though, and unlikely to pull over. But when all's said and done, this is a nice entertainment for a 6 months + baby. I mostly deploy ours to distract DS2 when he's about to descend on DS1's train track layout, in order to avert bloodshed and chaos.Read moreLessMumsnetter ReshapeWhileDamp

"This is a good toy and my son loves it…"
20-Nov-2009
This is a good toy and my son loves it BUT it does have one major irritating feature that makes it quite badly flawed to my mind. It has an attract mode which means even when the child has finished playing with it and wants to move on to another toy/activity, the electronic part of the toy periodically (I think about every 15 seconds) makes a noise, three times in total before finally going into sleep mode. So even if your little one can ignore the first noise, by the second and third noises their focus on what they wanted to do has been disturbed and they often return to the walker. This is also intensely annoying if you are trying to get them to leave the toy to do something.
Aside from this it has many good features, plays a range of tunes that are less common on other electronic toys and has two different modes for variety. It also does seem quite a sturdy walker. Note although it is programmed with an English accent it does have many features with an American cultural reference.Read moreLess2 people found this review helpful.

"What can I say except that I love this toy!…"

What can I say except that I love this toy!
This is one of those walkers where they hang on to it and walk (not the sit in style) and it has a front lights / toy panel that includes a miniature keyboard which plays a few tunes as well as other buttons to press / light up / make noises.
We found that it was really stable for our son to hang onto, although the wheels do move quite freely so you do have to hang onto little ones that can't walk fast enough so they don't end up on their faces....
But I also love that the front toy / lights panel detaches so that smaller ones can play with it too. Oh and it has 2 volume levels as well as an off switch - essential for your sanity.
This has lasted though one child and is still in great condition, ready for our next one. And given that it is an electronic musical toy and it still lives with us (and hasn't driven me crazy) I'd say it's a great toy.Read moreLessMumsnetter Kyte

For 6m - 2yrs+. Fantastic toy, my daughter stood up with this from just under 7 months and my son loves playing with the detschable front panel on the floor. The tunes, as always, are rather annoying after a while but it was great value and would hugely recommend for babies starting to stand and upwards. Batteries seem to last quite well too. Now also available in a yukky pink colourscheme but the original one is unisex.

This is a great toy for when your child is learning to walk. It has a great range of interactive sounds, tunes, words etc. The interactive section disconnects from the main walker, allowing you to use it in the high chair or take it out.

"We have a toy box bulging with multi coloured gee…"
24-Oct-2008
We have a toy box bulging with multi coloured gee gaws but this little baby is the toy of choice for our todder. The sturdy walker allows them to march up and down endlessly. When they get bored of that there are number and letter games, music and lights to keep them entertained. It develops gross and fine motor skills and the top can be detatched from the walker. So handy to put in the cot/playpen with them.
Its bright, sturdy, plastic with flashing lights and music. Babies love it and and you can always turn the sound off if the noise gets too much. We bought ours three years ago and two boisterous boys later its still doing stirling work.Read moreLess1 person found this review helpful.
