Not too much - the tea was fine, but a bit weaker the usual fruit teas. It was neither good nor bad

Raspberry leaf tea is great, as long as you only drink it once you have reached the 3rd trimester. I had a wee cup per day. It's an acquired taste but true to its word I had one of the shortest labours out of all my girlfriends

Yuck. Smells and tastes awful. I've never found a herbal tea that has any real benefit in pregnancy.

Tasted revolting and didn't seem to do much at all. I think it's one of those things that works for some but not for others... unfortunately it didn't work for me.

I'm not a huge fan of herbal tea but someone recommended this to relieve heartburn and it seemed to do the trick. And surprisingly, it didn't taste too bad, but I wouldn't drink it by choice!

Herbal teas for pregnancy, especially made up to alleviate certain pregnancy problems, for example, a heartburn tea. You can make up your own teas if you know a bit about herbs! Motherwort was great, chamomile tastes of wee but is totally harmless and raspberry leaf is an essential!
