Comments from other mumsnetters: "If you have space in the garden a TP climbing frame is a wonderful investment." " Bought two years ago ours still looks like new and we have added a slide extension, rope scramble net and ladder as the range has been extended." "They last for ages and you can buy replacement parts, including nuts and bolts, for older models if needed." "Gets played on whenever friends are round and the rope net is used as a goal for football practice!" "My 21 month old uses this and friends of nearly seven love it and everyone in between". "Great for a present where the grandparents can club together which is what we did." "The kids love it and it can be used in different ways as they get older."

"Have just finished putting together a Fort Rio from Dunster…"
07-Jan-2007
Have just finished putting together a Fort Rio from Dunster House. Though the product is lovely to look at, the instructions were incorret and vague, and it is minor miracle it is up! The climbing wall should open up onto a platform but when we put it together the whole thing looked like an accident waiting to happen. There is also a ladder opening onto the platform and a slide coming off it. With an entire side missing we felt it was too open and would lead to someone falling. The customer service dept. is useless. They don't know the products and so you are shifted from pillar to post and when we eventually discovered we had been sent wrong instructions there was no apology.I was eventually sent a curt and rude letter accusing me of putting the phone down on the girl helping me...not true but tempting! I was given a solution and told it would work. No follow up call to check it had. Wish we had bought from TP now.
