Meals on wheels

One thing that's often overlooked is that meals still have to be prepared to keep mum and dad going over the first few busy week while struggling to cope with a new baby, especially for first parents, and there's rarely a minute spare to think about such things. If a few kind friends/family members can provide one or two casseroles that can be stored away in the freezer it can be a big help, and mum and dad can sit down and enjoy a tasty meal together before the next feed, and perhaps even a few minutes to get their breath back !
