Was reccommended this by my hairdresser for my very dry/curly/over processed hair. The idea is to use a small amount before blowdrying to 'coat' and protect the hair as well as detangle. Then once your have dried your hair, apply a small amount to enhance the shine and tame any whispy bits. I thought it was a little pricey but a little goes a long way and you don't have any problems with 'product build up' like you do with other products as is completely natural.
