"A dream to push, and so easy to fold…"
I love this pram, well thought out, good quality and stylish. It's so good to steer, not as light weight as I thought it would be but still so much lighter than a lot of other prams! The folding mechanism is genius! Nice easy buckle that sits surprisingly high on the chest, good for a child that likes to lean far forward. I love the pocket on the back seat and that there is a mesh liner there for summer, good accessory range too. The rain cover is fantastic, great cover all over even for feet and good thick material. I love how there is plenty of room for tall/older children too. The wheels pop off easily and all the seat and hood fabric comes off, a faff tbh, but good to give a thorough clean.
My only negatives are that that I wish the the extra panel in the hood was optional between mesh and solid material for windy rainy winters. The handle doesn't extend, you notice this especially when the seat is fully reclined and you have bags on the handle or a buggy board. The shopping basket is a good size but access is limited with the upward curve of the bar across the back, this is for those with a long stride. I'm glad the sides are elasticated otherwise the access really would be limited.Read moreLess

"Easy pushchair, covers all bases, minor niggles…"
I love this pushchair which seems to do a lot very well but as ever just a few niggles. It folds really easy and small, gives you lots of options to make it into a travel system I.e proper carrycot and car seat compatible. I was pleasantly surprised on how comfy my 12 week old dd was when in pushchair mode. Lie flat almost means lie flat in this case! The size of the shopping basket is great, yet the pushchair is really light, but offers more comfort than my maclaren techno. The hood is a decent size which means I can ditch the paraso...hurray! I really like Britax made stuff, I tend to be quite hard on pushchairs and they seem to withstand me chucking them around...
Some issues are that I had to take off the pushchair fabric in order to install the carrycot. Instructions are useless, but was steered through via mumsnet. Putting the pushchair fabric back on a few months later, still tricky. Although this was quite cheap in comparison to say the oyster, All the add on extras if you bought new, are quite pricey e.g carrycot, cosytoes. I think I was a bit spoiled by my last purchase which was a Britax Voyaga Ultra system, which included everything in one price but built like a tank!Yes the pushchair does fold up small, but I could only just fit in my ford fiesta. Finally I am v short (5 ft) and found the handle height great, but that must mean taller people may not. All in all would buy again, as suited my need to have something that would work for lots of different uses e.g public transport, fold into car, lots of walking etc and only wanted to buy one pushchair rather than buying a different one as dd got older.Read moreLess
"Lightweight and compact…"
I have just brought this buggy for my 10 week old to replace the maclaren quest (not suitable from birth) and my zoom travel system (too bulky for my yards boot). It is a travel system in that you can attach a car seat and a carry cot, although I haven't and just use it as a buggy.
I have been very impressed, it is modelled on the city jogger mini but is much more reasonably priced, I brought mine for £140, less than half the price of the jogger. The mechanism to close it is the same, I understand there are some legal wrangling over this in America. It is very compact when folded (fits in my yaris boot no problem), the seat space is large, my 3 year old had a go and fits in comfortably. It lies totally flat for my baby and he will have plenty of room to grown into it. The hood has an extra panel that you can unzip and is enormous offering lots of shade. It also has a panel that you can remove at the back, leaving mesh to create an air flow on hot days. It's very easy to steer with one hand, perfect for when I need to hold my daughters hand. Buggy board fits no problem, although as the handle is not adjustable it does mean that I am a bit close to the board but this is a minor thing.
If you are thinking of a city jogger I highly recommend you have a look at the agile first. Just wish I'd brought one first time round!Read moreLess
