"Fantastic steering, but the two part fold really let's it down.…"
There are so many good points to this pram, I loved it and if I never had to fold it it would be the perfect pram! I love the steering, good over all terrain, one handed too. The handle bar extends to a really good height. I love how it is a carrycot and seat unit, this means the length on the carrycot is so much longer than a moses basket, I used it for this purpose during the day. The bumber bar is good, one side can be undone easily and it swivels out of the way too. The cosy toes and apron is the best out there imo for cold winters, so soft and luxurious! The hood is just fantastic again the best out there especially in seat unit, it comes down so far! There is a zip mesh section in the back for summer too. The shopping basket is a good size but access is limited with the design of chassis and this is most noticeable in seat mode. The "spin" is so easy but it is a gimmick, you don't use it that much.
I had to get rid of this pram, the two part fold was such a faff, it took up all the room in a good sized boot, and didn't fit at all in the smaller boots. It just isn't suitable for long term use for this reason, you notice this especially when in seat mode and being to really wish it would just fold in one piece! It's so much money for essentially only 6m worth of use.Read moreLess
I have had several problems with this pram 3 hoods which all came dented and scratched one with glue on it in the end I settled for the original one. My wheels don't seem to make contact with the floor. My basket has snapped of. And my break sticks constantly and when on public transport slides every where still in this case I got told to please get of the bus as it wasn't safe. I am very disappointed and disgusted in the customer care andbi would never recommended this pram to my worst nightmare mare!Read moreLess
I fell in love with this pushchair straight away. And I was very pleased with it for the first 6 months. We purchased the chair in the hope that it would last us with both our first child and eventually our second too.
After the first 6 months the chair 'twisting' handle that allowed the chair to rotate started getting stuck. After another month the device at the bottom of the seat that held the seat/carriage in place completely broke and i couldn't direct the pushchair anywhere as it just moved in its own directions, and spun round on itself.
When we went shopping for another pushchair, this is when a mother care assistant in a different store told us that many people have had the same problem with this model, and that if we came to buy a pushchair in her store first time around with her assistance she would have strongly recommended that we didn't buy the orb.
To add to this the pushchair, it takes up quite a lot of room in the car.Read moreLess

"Good overall and easy to manouvre…"
Been sing this for two months and very happy so far. Easy to put up and collapse, extremely easy to push around and has a very good turning circle, which makes navigating round shops etc stress-free. Not too heavy and I like how the hood comes so far forward there's no need for a sun shade (though you can push it back a bit too).
Only criticisms would be the colours are a little dull; the brake is a bit temperamental (easy to put on but doesn't always come off first time); and the basket isn't huge, but not tiny either. You can leave the raincover on all the time which is handy. We bought the adaptors for the Maxi Cosi Cabrioix car seat which are fine and you can leave them attached to the seat when it's on the FamilyFix base.Read moreLess

Mothercare emailed me to write a review which I did. They have emailed to say it doesn't meet their website guidelines (wonder why)
Purchased this pushchair for my little girl following the recommendation from a member of mothercare staff. As a first time mum though I'd researched prams I relied on the knowledge of 'experts'. At first I was pleased with the orb especially the folding away as it was extremely easy. I had the pushair for 6 weeks before I encountered my first problem, the carrycot had started to tilt down so my daughter was always sliding to the bottom and I was continuously lifting her back up. At this point I was also concerned the carrycot was too small and that she'd not last 6 months it. She's is average size and in comparison to other pushchairs the Orb carrycot is very small. I contacted mothercare head office who said there wasn't a fault and so was not covered by my guarentee. I was corresponding with them for 3 weeks, during which time the following happened; • Chassis would not always lock and collapsed 3 times whilst I was lifting up a kerb (all whilst my daughter was in the pushchair) • Brake would stick and wheel with brake on clicked. • Both back wheels had started to bow outward. After 10 weeks I then went (again) to my local mothercare and they agreed I could exchange for another pushchair. I had bought the orb has part of a travel system package and so had the maxi cosi pebble car seat. There are only a few pushchair comparable and so have had to pay an additional £300! Mothercare would not refund the cost of my Orb travel adapters, which I thought was unfair. In short spend the extra money and get a pushchair in which you have confidence and can rely on.Read moreLess

I love my pram. The whole thing transforms into the pushchair with no extra attachments. Perfect for people who hate clutter! The wheels are removable (easy to clean) & you can wash just about every part of it in the washing machine. It folds super easy, and the whole pram spins to face baby to you, or away in one click of the handle. Worth the £300 I paidRead moreLess
We fell in love with this pushchair and thought it would be perfect! and it is, except for the non stop repairs being carried out on it!
within 3 weeks of using the product the hand wouldn't move (requiring us to get it to a store while stuck up) this was replaced with a brand new one.
5 months later the break kept sticking so was repaired but came back still not working! After being repaired a second time we hoped that would be the last. The pushchair has just been returned again as one side of the handle will not click into place!
I love the idea of the pushchair and really do not want to change to a different one but unfortunately we haven't had much luck with this product considering the price we paid for it! I'm not one for doing online reviews and things but as a new mum I know how important pushchairs are and after 6 months we should not have had so many problems with it! Maybe we just got a bad one I don't know!Read moreLess
"Great, easy to use pushchair…"
I've really loved using this pushchair. I chose it as I liked the idea of being able to swop between parent & rear facing; the mechanism involved means it is incredibly easy to change between the two & can be done quickly with the baby inside.
Very lightweight & easy to fold. The only drawback I've found is the basket, which is relatively small & difficult to use.Read moreLess

"im really disappointed…"
I bought this buggy because I fell in love with it. After few weeks it snapped. I repaired. After few weeks again snapped (even so I was gentle and I made sure that the chase was in right place) again repaired. Now it snapped again. Is impossible to drive it. Is light I love the way I turn without moving the baby. But again the chase get in the middle of the basket. Never again!Read moreLess
