"LOVE my Frog!…"
I have finally found my pushchair. When my daughter was born in April 2013 I had a hand me down Graco for 3 months until I just refused to continue with it. A three wheeler without a swivel wheel?! Impossible. So I used a bit of savings to get a Quinny Buzz. After seeing it around and reading some reviews I decided to but it for myself. But 4 months later and I'd pretty much had enough of the ungainly movement, stupid brake and the way it made my daughter looked squeezed in at only 7 months old. So I moved onto an iCandy Apple which my friend was selling. At only £50 I thought I couldn't go wrong. With my husband a bit exasperated by my fickle pushchair obsession, I felt I couldn't really be negative about the Apple, but my heart was saying "I HATE THIS!". It was heavy, the front wheels swivelled wherever they liked, the frame was bulky. Argh! Was I ever going to find my perfect pushchair??
The Bugaboo Frog. I have now completed my search. I saw one for sale and I know they are the oldest of the Bugaboos, but I went to view it and had to have. Only by having substandard pushchairs would I have known that this was it!!
I've had it for one day and I can't wait to take it out again. It's smooth, comfortable, lightweight, practical. I could go on.
The only thing I haven't worked out yet is the folding down and up but I'll have to keep practising.
I can thoroughly recommend this pushchair and if you are lucky enough to get one of the new Bugaboo Cameleons, (as the Frog is now discontinued) then you'll be in love as much as me!Read moreLess
