"Love this product!…"
I absolutely love this buggy. It's easy to push, it's really sturdy and my son looks really comfortable in it. The carrycot section easily lasted until 6 months when we changed over to the seat section. The basket is massive which is great but the best thing is the extendible hood. It's brilliant being able to keep the sun out of my sons eyes or extend the hood when he falls asleep to keep it a bit darker for him. It is a bit on the heavy side but it's fine to lift in and out of the boot. I've had this buggy for almost a year now and it still looks and pushes like it's brand new. The fabric is really easy to take off and clean. The bumper bar swings to the side so it's easy to take the baby in and out of the seat. The straps are really easy to extend - I honestly wish everything with straps for baby worked in the same way. I wouldn't recommend it if you're someone who uses public transport daily or if you have problems lifting it but other than that I'd highly recommend it.Read moreLess
"Comfortable, easy, but big…"
We bought our buffalo because we have a very large dog and local woodlands in which we walk her, so we needed something that could handle uneven terrain. I had seen people in the woods with other pushchairs struggling, so I knew large wheels were key. The buffalo takes it all in stride and is so easy to push and steer despite being on the heavier side for a pushchair. One potential issue, though, is that with the carrycot on the chassis you can't use the pram on too uneven terrain anyways as the baby isn't strapped in! One of the best things about the pram is how high up the seat is. I can push it right up to a table when forward facing and she is at the proper height to eat with us. This also makes the large shopping basket very accessible, far more to than on other bugaboos!

I have no problem folding and unfolding and it actually takes up less room when folded than some smaller pushchairs I've seen. Although heavy I don't find it difficult getting it in and out of the car and I have a bad back at times.

I have used the buffalo on public transport, local buses, southeastern trains, and even the tube in London, and while not ideal I didn't have any problems at all, so long as I planned my journey to avoid steps beforehand.Read moreLess
Having had 4 children, this is not my first buggy, however, I can safely say after 10 years of being a bit of a 'buggy junkie' I'm settled and sorted and wish this model was available a decade ago when I first embarked upon 'baby shopping!'

It fits the bill 100%, it looks just lovely, is robust, easy to steer, east to construct, a breeze to collapse and the shopping basket is actually a useful size! When I bought this, it was described to me as the '4x4 of buggies'; it really is. I haven't found much it cant cope with at all. We put it through it's paces whether it's down bumpy tracks or over fields or just off for a shop in the city. It doesn't tip, even when loaded with shopping and it truly is a joy to push. With the biggest seat unit I could find, I'm looking forward to pushing my fourth little munchkin in it for a few more years yet!

Well done and Thank you Bugaboo, worth every penny, no switching to a stroller for us, we're in this one for the duration!Read moreLess

"Great if you do a lot of walking…"
We have the buffalo as our only pram and really love it, but suspect it's not for everyone.

Pros:
Steers like a dream and ploughs through potholes/cobbles/fields etc... without waking baby
Bassinet is roomy and comfortable and the chair is great too
Carries a huge amount of luggage
Easy to fold and take apart - surprisingly compact in 2 parts, we can fit it, with other luggage into the back of a Toyota Yaris
Has options for baby facing you or facing out in pushchair mode

Cons:
It's big - in pram mode it looks large on buses and in cafes, but actually I find it fits into places remarkably well and it's probably a bit deceptive
It's heavy - we live in a flat and the bottom half lives folded up downstairs so we only ever carry the top part around, I wouldn't have bought it if I was intending to carry the base anywhere
It's not cheap - but it should easily last until PFB is walking and do for any future DCs tooRead moreLess
"Massive, sturdy, love it!…"
I'll be honest, the Buffalo in carrycot mode is huge! No way we'd get away with it being our only pushchair; we have a Bee as well that we bought when we were expecting my toddler. The Buffalo gets used for weekend walks, trips to friends' houses and holidays. The Bee gets used if we're going into town, using public transport or out for a meal.
It's the sturdiest, roomiest pushchair I've ever known. The carrycot is easily big enough for bub to sleep in until 6m+. We went abroad recently and it was brilliant, we used it on the beach, it carried baby and loads of bags at the airport and she slept in it most nights parked next to our bed. We walk with it at the weekends and it will take our 2 year old as well as the baby when she gets tired.
It's easy to fold, a dream to steer and generally ox-like. I'm glad we bought it (given that we have a Bee as well, not sure I'd be quite so enamoured if it was our only option).Read moreLess

"High Quality Beautiful Buggy but large…"
Pros:

Folds down into one piece and stands up on its own.
Can be folded down into two pieces by removing seat for even smaller storage.
The sun canopy unzips to expand further, which is great to keep the wind and rain out or to encourage sleep.
It has a separate bassinet so can be used from birth.
It can be adapted to fit a car seat.
It has lots of storage underneath for bags.
It is very easy to unclip the seat from the base to make it forward or rear facing.
Large range of colours.

Cons:
Folded down into one piece it would be too large for smaller boots and the seat and possibly wheels would have to be removed.
It is quite heavy - 27lb.
Maxi Cosi car seat adapters have to be bought separately.
At £859 it is at the higher price end.

As you can see, there aren't many cons to this buggy. It is very clever, its ability to be pushed one handed and its smooth ride is excellent and it is honestly a beautiful buggy. You can easily and see how high quality it is and how much thought and time has gone into the design. It is definitely a buggy I would be proud to own.Read moreLess

"Fabulous, smooth ride, joy to steer, baby loved it…"
Have had my buffalo for 6 months, I also have a bee+.

In newborn mode, the baby is lovely and warm, nicely covered up and cosy. You can fold the buffalo down in one piece, however in carrycot mode it is still very bulky.

The hood comes much further forward than other bugaboos, in bright sunshine I didn't need to use an umbrella.

The basket is easy to get too, lots of room and hold loads

Love this buggy, wouldn't be without itRead moreLess
