"brilliant pram,parent facing and forward…"
I have had this pram for 3 years and found it excellent. I love that it's parent facing as I love to chat to baby. And can be turned round easily to forward facing for a change. Holds lots of shopping underneath.Read moreLess
"Shoddily produced, avoid.…"
There were more problems with this pram than I can really list here. Within a week of starting to use the normal seat (i.e. not the carrycot) the seat slipped out of its housing on one side. After I put a lot of pressure on the shop staff the manager agreed to get me a replacement seat - but this did the same thing within another 2 weeks. I gave up because M&P clearly don't think consumer law applies to them, and the problem being the frame it would have been a case for a replacement, which they'd made it clear they weren't up for because I had had the pram for several months. The front wheel axles have completely bust now after only 15 months of normal use, so we have to buy a new pram. The 3-point harness was a pain to click shut and the straps too short to do up over his shoulders so (1) they had to go across his arms (uncomfortable) and (2) he could never wear a jacket in the pram. The brake was pretty useless. I think the design of the pram is otherwise good, but the product so shoddily made and M&P customer service so unrepentantly rotten (not only my experience BTW) that buying this pram was a huge mistake.Read moreLess
