"Sturdy and safe…"
We tried out loads of travel systems before DD was born but the Mylo was by far the best. We went for the Sandcastle and Dove Grey colour scheme (season & gender neutral) We didn't opt for the carry cot, we just had DD lying flat all snug, protected and warm in the matching Dove Grey Baby Cocoon. With the option of the being positioned flat or upright, forward or rear-facing, it really has grown with DD, who is now 2, and it still looks new. Some might find it too big/heavy but we found it a breeze to push and manouver and the height makes me feel that DD is safer and more visable, and it's defintely sturdy, as well as comfortable. I can't bear to part with it and would definitely use it for DC2 when the time comes. PS - we found the matching parasol accessory to be flimsy and it broke after one use.Read moreLess
"Light and easy to steer…"
I am really pleased with this pram. I have the Donna Wilson version but apart from the fabric it is the same as any other Mylo2. We have two seats, the newborn carrycot type and the seat itself. Steering wise it is a dream and can be directed and pushed using just one finger!
It folds very flat and easily fits into the back of my mini countryman. The only part that requires space is the carrycot. If you have a small house it is probably not a good idea as it is best stored intact so you need a hallway / room to leave it in really. Also the mechanism to take the carrycot off can be a bit stiff and needs two hands but you get used to it over time.
Finally, the wheels are really sturdy and allow for me to push the buggy over fields when walking to dog without them collecting too much mud and of course, is equally as good (if not seller) on pavement. In addition is is so easy to fold - essential with a toddler as well as a baby!Read moreLess
"Lovely height and easy to steer…"
I did a lot of research into which travel system to buy. I narrowed it down to this and the bugaboo cameleon. I bought the mylo because when I went to view both it was on offer (the mylo2 was just coming out). I am so delighted with it. I go walking in the park every day and get lots of compliments. The best thing is the height, I see women and are constantly stooping down to see their little one in their bugaboos. It didn't come with the rain cover and I've been caught in showers a couple of times, however the hood is shower proof (a proper Scottish shower), and the neoprene carry cot dries in seconds. The chassis is sturdy ad easy to fold one handed, it steers brilliantly one handed too if you need to answer the phone. I've only used the buggy top once, it looks great and the system folds easily one handed without taking the buggy top off. This does make it quite bulky though which would be my only downside. We use it with the maxicosi car seat and the adaptor is really easy to use, and also provides a bit of 'bounce' when placed on the chassis which my little one loves. The size of the pram carry cot is great, my baby can really stretch, but this also makes it a bit awkward if you're using a bus for instance. I love the size though, so many prams are too small and low down near car exhausts in my opinionRead moreLess

"Lovely to use but bulky!…"
I have had this pram since my son was a newborn and I have all of the attachments, which can add up to be pricey!
The carrycot is a really good size compared to some others we looked at, friends who have had a carrycot have said their little ones outgrow it too fast , width more than length. But mylo is really spacious, maybe too big for a newborn! I didn't use this too much as my son was nosey and wanted to see out quite early on! Another good thing about the carry cot is the solid plastic base, which means its well protected when getting in and out of the car!
The shopping basket is terrible!!!!!! it falls off every two minutes, I spend so much time clipping it back on. its awkward to get things in and out of! i have complained to m&p about this and they thought mine was broken, its just a poor design but they cant grasp that!
The pushchair seat is good, spacious, seatbelt mechanism is good and easy to use. I've bought a liner/footmuff to protect mine as its easier to clean. It is really long when laid flat and can be a bit clumsy when in shops. It doesn't seem to sit upright enough for my son now he is 9 months old, maybe when he is slightly bigger h will fill it out more.
The rain cover is good, covers well and good protection. The straps to hold it in place don't go anywhere useful and don't stretch to fit but even without it clipped on it doesn't go anywhere and is secure!
The mylo is good when its up but having to take the wheels and seat unit or carrycot apart is annoying and bulky to fit into a car! The frame does fold easily though.
The attachment for the carseat to fit on to the frame is extremely useful!!!! I have the m&p cybex aton, and isofix base but maxi cosi does fit with a different adaptor (maxi cosi is also better valie for money)
The frame on my pram has started to get a bit wobbly, I have contacted m&p and they want me to send it off to be looked at which leaves me without a pram, if you can take it to store they will issue a replacement but my nearest store is over 2 hours away!Read moreLess
"Beautiful but dangerous!…"
Please, please, please check your Mylo’s straight away!
As most of first time mums I've spent ages researching and looking for a perfect pushchair. I fel in love with Mylo from a first sight. It stands out from all other pushchairs in the market plus it's Mamas&Papas, brand you can trust! So you think! I've had great experience and service from M&P until last month when I had to take my Mylo back to the store after discovering that the tube inside the handle is broken and the whole handle comes off. I have no idea how long it's been broken for and how nor when did it happen, as you can’t see the damage from outside. We only discovered the damage as we were adjusting the handles and checking if they're locked, as they seemed loose. At first, it seemed normal, but when we extended the handle to a full length the whole handle on the right hand side came off to our horror and you could see the tube that's inside the handle and which holds the pushchair together snapped in half! I was terrified. It came to my mind what would have happened if we didn't discover this and took our 20 month old son out for a walk or shopping trip. I don't even want to think what could've happened! Imaging going down the escatator in a shopping centre or tube station!! I took the buggy to the store I got it from, complained and requested a refund. I was told that my Mylo has to be sent to the head office first for inspection and that I will be contacted to discuss the outcome before anything was done to my Mylo. The shop assistant even checked my mobile no to be able to contact me even while on holiday. I specifically said that don’t want it repaired. We got a loaner from M&P but I ended up buying my own stroller, as the one we got was terrible, I got blisters on my hands after just one trip to the shops and as we were going on holiday I needed something I could rely on. While on holiday, I received a text from M&P that my Mylo is fixed and I can pick it up! Imagine how confused and angry I was! I decided to wait till we’re back in the UK before contacting M&P as I wasn’t prepared to wait on the lain for half an hour to speak to customer services and end up with huge phone bill. Back in the store I was given fixed Mylo and was told after long discussion, that before they consider an exchange, forget the refund, I would have to risk my baby’s health and safety or his life three times! Don’t get me wrong! It’s great that M&P offers free repairs during guarantee period and I wouldn’t even mind paying if this was something you could see. I still loved my Mylo even though it had quite a few other problems like coming off basket, locking breaks, etc that others also mentioned in their reviews. But this fault is impossible to notice until it is too late! In our case we’ve noticed it before it was too late but I’m scared it will happen again and I’m not willing to take the risk. On every occasion I spoke to M&P, in store, on the phone or e-mail, my concerns are dismissed but no one can guarantee that this will not happen again! When I asked what safety tests are Mylo’s subjected and if the handles are tested too I wasn’t given an answer. And couldn’t find one either… On top of this when I took my “fixed” Mylo out of the car after picking it up from the store, I found out that the locking mechanism doesn’t lock when you unfold it, so that is how they fixed it. Would you put your baby back in this pushchair? I don’t think so! In the end I’m left with a useless and dangerous pushchair that M&P doesn’t want to hear about! So please think twice before you decide to buy Mylo or anything else from M&P. Or in best case scenario you could end up with useless pushchair that you could easily replace, but you could also risk your baby’s safety or even life!Read moreLess

"Cute and practical…"
After wrecking my 2 previous buggies, I desperately needed a new one. This looks fabulous, pushes like a dream (even through snow) and so easy to fold. A little bulky for a small car boot, but well worth the effort of manoeuvring it in. I'm still to get used to 4 wheels as I'm normally bumping my 3 wheelers up kirbs and steps. I love itRead moreLess
Some find this system a bit pricey. This one of the strollers celebs like Gwen Stefani and Alicia Keys choose to buy. However, if you look closely, you get a lot for your money. Mylo includes: chassis, seat unit & carrycot
It features soft moulded seat - best in class for baby comfort.
Seat faces both ways - face mum and dad, or face the world
Multi-position seat recline for sitting up or comfy naps

Integral head hugger to support babys head
Five point safety harness with adjustable height setting as baby grows
Unique and effortless single handed fold, with or without seat attached
Compact fold for easy storage, even with the seat attached
Light and easy to steer
High quality fabrics and leatherette handle - adjustable for your comfort
Includes rain-cover and extendable hood for getting out and about in any weather
Lockable swivel wheels for easy manoeuvrability

And it looks stylish. I bought it at BABYRAMA Total Baby Store Ltd. and love it.Read moreLess
"Love the look of this system, though it's not for…"
Love the look of this system, though it's not for everyone. My favourite part is the one-handed fold of the chassis. Despite the fact that the chassis is heavy, this is so easy to do (and makes life smoother with a little one.)
Carrycot is very comfy and spacious for baby, lots of people comment on how lovely it is to see a 'proper pram.'
One handed fold of chassis.
Feels lovely and sturdy
Height adjustable handle
The basket- I find the zips fiddly and the size awkward.Read moreLess
