"Made the right choice with this pushchair…"
After spending a long time looking for a pushchair and not really knowing too much about them I certainly made the right choice.
My daughter is now 10 months. We started with the carry cot which was spacious and comfy for newborn. The seat also comes with a newborn insert which was very cosy and comfy. And handy if need extra space as the carry cot takes up a lot of space in the car.
The only thing with the insert is the straps aren't long enough. We called britax and they sent out strap extenders which work perfectly.
Car seat, carry cot and seat all attach quickly and easily just clicking on to frame no fiddling about. Its very easy to fold down. Although is quite large when folded, but easily fits in my 5dr fiesta.
The hood on pushchair is large, shopping basket a decent size. Well padded seat very comfy. I love that you can by colour packs so can easily change colour for around £50. The cosy toes for the pushchair is very snug and much better than the foot muff it comes with which is a bit fiddly to attach. The handle has a leather cover which is great for cleaning compared to a lot that have a foam cover. The seat has a lot of positions and can be laid very flat. Brake is a large peddle easy to use. Very easy to push around on all surfaces. All in all a great pushchair does everything I need, very sturdy and feel little one is very safe and comfy, would certainly recommend.Read moreLess
"A fantastic pram/pushchair…"
Can't fault this pram/pushchair. Its a fantastic pushchair to control with one arm if you have a walker to be holding hands with! Good size carrycot for newborn. Brake is a big pedal and easy to reach. Decent sized shopping basket. Adjustable suspension is an added (not sure necessary?!) bonus. I've given it 5 stars in each category, it really is a fab buy.Read moreLess
"Wheels Fell Off…"
Looks good and great value. However, after two weeks a rear wheel fell off. Mothercare were very helpful, however Britax didn't care - after three attempts (and three weeks!) at trying to order a replacement wheel we gave up. We also asked if they wanted to see/have the wheel sent back to understand the fault. They didn't, so clearly don't care about product quality or safety, unlike the claims on their website. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the company does not deserve to be in business.Read moreLess

Loved this pushchair, looks great, very well made, all good quality. We've had problems but I think the way Britax have dealt with them has really been great.

We didn't get the carrycot as it came with a newborn insert, however, the straps were too tight by 8 weeks which didn't seem right as meant to last 6 months. Emailed britax and they offered us a free carrycot! Obviously this was a recurring problem. Then a couple of months later when back to pushchair mode we noticed two cuts in the fabric. Emailed Britax again and the sent a new seat unit two days later! Their customer service has been brilliant.

Overall I've loved how nice this pushchair is, feels quite compact in comparison to other travel systems. I'm ready to move to something lighter now though.Read moreLess

"Terrible, fell apart…"
Both front wheels fell off, I had to repair them myself. The n the brakes failed. Britax washed their hands of the product and wouldn't even consider rectifying the problem. Bambino direct said it would take 28 days to repair. We've only had 4 months' use out of it. Do not like the product or the companies involved.Read moreLess
