"When i first got this buggy i thought it was…"
09-Oct-2010
When i first got this buggy i thought it was the best thing since slice bread! 5 kids down the line and never being able to find a decent versatile double i was more than pleased with the buggy, accesories and the price of course.
That was until it simply collapsed in the middle of a shop due to the metal side bar snapping.5 months ater purchase causing both my children 5 months and 18 months to fall out bangging their heads on the concreat floor! I purchased it from ebay through Jusonne themselves so thought id tell them what happened. They were very nice and didnt know what had happend as neither did i. They collected the buggy and i contacted them and was promised a refund for it as it was still under warrenty. No refund appeared and after contacting them again i was promised it would be sent. Nothing again! Contacted them again only to be told that I had DAMAGED the buggy myself!! What a cheek!! I most certainly hadnt! They have so far made up some excuse that there was a flattened bit on the buggy which i must have done without realising but i have loads of photos to show their wasnt. They then offered a half refund or repair which annoyed me further seeing as i had not misused the buggy which they also implied and wouldnt want a dodgey repar job on a buggy in which both my children could have been seriously hurt or killed if it had happened in the road. So far their customer service has been diabolical. They have been very nice until they recieved the baggy back and then its as if they have said poke it! If you are thinking of buying one of these buggy i serously suggest you DONT because the money saved in the cheapness of it doesnt even compare to the safety issue which they have still failed to look into as yet. I am in the process of reporting this as a metal bar on a buggy should never snap - not bend n break but just sever away at the nut and bolt! I will never use another cheap Jussone bugy ever!!Read moreLessMumsnetter MyHouseIsAToyShop

"Spectacularly good double buggy! It does several things really really…"
30-Apr-2010
Spectacularly good double buggy! It does several things really really well:
1) It's incredibly light -- about 10kg.
2) It's no wider than a single buggy, but it's only a smidgen longer -- it easily fits in a black cab, for instance. And equally, it folds up to be only a bit larger than a typical single buggy.
3) Both kids can see, because the younger one at the back is raised up a few inches.
4) It allows the child at the back to be completely enclosed to get to sleep easily, if need be
5) It's only 140 quid, which I think is pretty good value compared to the posh makes
The downside is that the build quality, although durable, is not the same as for a posher brand -- the handles feel flimsy, it's a bit wobbly etc. But it's a small price to pay for a fantastic product. We regularly got stopped by people who were gobsmacked at how cleverly it worked.Read moreLessMumsnetter slhilly
