Id like to make this clear that the customer service i received may change my view on the item a little bit.
This buggy is great to have twins in until they get to around 20lbs each then its hard to push and the straps just dont seem to fit.
this buggy also is not made for everyday use like i needed it for. when i called to ask for replacement wheels they told me that the buggy was not intened to be used everyday, which to me is so silly i have a dog to walk no car and i had a lot of doctors appointments to get to in that time for my 3 month premature twins, the lady was very unsympathetic and refused to send out replacement wheels even though we had a 3 year warranty that covered spare parts and damage. i ended up getting a second hand one inform of the other with real tyres not the plastic like on this ones and here we are two years later and the buggy is still going and has been sold on again.
if you plan to walk a dog or you dont drive or you would like to use your buggy everyday then i do not recommend this one. and i will never buy from cosatto again due to the rudeness of the customer service person.Read moreLess
"Narrow for a double and cute…"
For the money this is an excellent stroller. I had it for my twin girls from birth and its narrowness was invaluable for getting around shops. Its fairly easy to collapse and fits easily into boots. You need to keep the wheels oiled which helps with the smooth running. All in all it was a great buy, excellent value for money.Read moreLess
"My sister has been using the Cosatto with her newborn…"
My sister has been using the Cosatto with her newborn twins. She really loves the fact that it fits into the smallest car imaginable. This has been a life-saver as its enabled her to get out and about beyond her own area and go to shopping centres over christmas. It took her a while to get the hang of putting it up and was really stiff at the beginning but she says that was just the first few times and now it's easy and quick to put up although it is quite heavy to lift in and out of the car. The babies are really comfortable - there's a lovely cosytoes (my sister has the bro and sis design which she loves) My sister says the seats are not as spacious as other buggies and she's not sure how long the twins will fit in it (we'll keep you posted) but for now they are really comfortable. Although the wheels are smaller and it isn't as smooth a ride as more expensive models, she says the You2 moves around the streets and in and out of shops with no problem. On the whole this has been invaluable as its perfect for using with a car and its value for money it cannot be matched.Read moreLess
