"I love the fold-away action!…"
Had mine a few weeks from BuggyBaby.co.uk and I just love the folding action. If you havent seen it. It's just two little clips that you lift up and the whole thing collapses into a box shape. Just brilliant. Before I had ones that folded in half and this is so much better. Super pleased. My only "complaint" is that the front wheel wobbles about a bit "rattling". But it's probably because of the bumpy roads I use it on.Read moreLess

"Great when it works, but too many maintenance issues…"
We got the Swift because it steered like a dream in the shop, and it hasn't disappointed us in this respect. However, it's had a number of maintenance problems in the first few weeks, which is not what you need when you're looking after a newbown baby for the first time.
It arrived with a faulty inner tube on the front wheel. This had a leaky inner seam, so it was clearly a manufacturing defect. However, Mountain Buggy customer service were initially reluctant to replace it, claiming that punctures aren't covered by their warranty. True, but this came out of the box with a leaky tube! They only agreed to replace it when I pressed the point.
We also got a puncture after about two weeks. Obviously punctures happen, but I've been cycling around the same streets for several years without a puncture. You'd expect a buggy to be less prone to punctures than bicyles, because they weigh less and have wider wheels, so this makes me wonder about the robustness of the Mountain Buggy tyres and wheels.
And finally, the break started sticking a few days ago. I've just managed to fix it with some WD40. It could just be the cold weather, but it's not something you really expect from a new buggy.
Overall, when the buggy works, it's great. But I think at the price, and for a product that's supposed to be rugged, you'd expect there to be fewer maintenance issues so early on (in the first four weeks), and a smarter response from customer services.Read moreLess

Absolutely brilliant! We love it. Best narrow multi-terrain three wheeler. I am a city dweller and it is brilliant for buses, loads and loads of walking, etc. I don't know about car boot space as we don't have a car. All of friends have commented on the buggy and how brilliant it is.Read moreLess

I wanted a buggy that I could actually use on 'all terrain' and was recommended to buy a mountain buggy. The rep was actually in the store when i chose the swift. Its great in town, moves around easily, doesn't take up too much room in a restaurant etc and I can actually go for walks with my dogs with it in the country, I also run with it, so does everything I want!
I used the carrycot for the first three months and DS was always very comfy and always slept! I'm now using the seat of the buggy with the lambskin (additional) which he loves, and will happily nap at lunchtime.
Everything is really easy to use and to fix the accessories etc and all feels to be of really good quality and very robust! (it gets thrown in the back of a landrover)
love the swift and would highly recommend it to anybody!Read moreLess

We wanted something tough and that would fit in a small car. This fitted the bill. We also got a lie flat carry cot which is smaller than most but ideal for a small baby.
As we carry it up & down steps everyday it also needed to be light and I could manage this on my own (either empty or dd3 in the carry cot) to get in and out of our house. It's very easy to fold and transport.Read moreLess
