This product is now discontinued. There may still be some end-of-line models available and of course it is still possible to purchase second-hand.

I used this (with the carrycot, which you buy seperately) from birth and love it.
It's light as three-wheelers go, easy to steer onehanded, turns in its own length and has a usefully adjustable handlebar that folds down to make it smaller when parked. Even 6'2" DH doesn't kick the back of it when walking.
The fold is easy and it stands alone folded, but it's not especially compact - I have to take a wheel off (this is easy) to get it in the boot of my Saxo. The same wide wheelbase makes it stable to push, although narrow doors occasionally present a challenge.
Solid tyres so no punctures, but the suspension isn't especially forgiving.
The fabric of the hood etc is waterproof enough for light to moderate rain - I haven't needed the (included) rain cover yet.
The real clincher, though, is the cost - without taking into account internet discounts, ebay etc, the Quinny Speedi (currently MN's top-reviewed 3-wheeler) starts fromRead moreLessMumsnetter MrsBadger

I bought this as my son is very tall and I wanted a 3 wheeler with a high back. Its great because it is very padded so very comfortable. I'm also very happy with all the pockets and a good sized basket underneath. I chose the green insert. Also my son hates rain covers and what I like about this is that the hood is large so the rain cover is far away from his face so no arguments! The height adjusting handle bar is good too as I am very short! I am a pushchair-a-holic and this is my favourite (bar one!)

Pros: very easy to push, nice padded liner, comfy roomy seat. Lies flat, adjustable handle, nice big hood, swivel wheel and pockets on back for keys, mobile ect.
Cons: horrible tyres, and can't get anything in the basket, struggle to even get the raincover in there as the seat is right on top of it.Read moreLessMumsnetter auntypurple
