Cosmic Light Zeon

Well priced at £19.97. It has three wheels, two at the back and one at the front it is also silver and blue so is good for the slightly younger child who wants a 'big' scooter but can't quite manage a 2-wheeler yet. The flashing lights make it fun and it also has a brake at the back.

We bought this for my son (5) as he was getting too big for his mini micro. The upsides are that it looks quite cool, has flashing lights, folds up, handlebars can be adjusted for height and stands up on its 3 wheels. The main downsides are that it has dreadful suspension - every tiny bump rattles up through the scooter making it a very uncomfortable and noisy ride. It is really heavy and although it folds up the mechanism is fiddly, complicated and not at all slick. You also need batteries for the flashing base - and I am sick of recharging batteries! The biggest negative is though that my son just does not enjoy riding this and I can fully understand why given how noisy and rattly it is. We have not had our money's worth and I am frankly disappointed with it.
