"Brilliant for budget trips away, and days with the grandparents."
21-Oct-2011
Brilliant for budget trips away, and days with the grandparents. The seatbelt guide took a little bit of working out - but that might just be me!! Small enough to be used as hand luggage, even on Ryanair =) It's a bit heavy for a four year old to carry, but has plenty room inside for a weekend's worth of clothes/books/toys.

We love our BoostApaks. We were fed up of being held to ransom hiring car seats on holiday so this product is a brilliant alternative.

"Best £30 I have ever spent. We don't have a"

Best £30 I have ever spent. We don't have a car, so we'll use public transport to travel to Grandma's, or Auntie's - and they pick us up from the station in the car: this is the perfect way to manage the carseat problem. Also ideal for the annual trip to the Greek in laws. I cannot recommend this enough (although carry a scrap of cloth to cover the velcro)

Absolutely brilliant for holidays. Only slight negative is as a bag it's a little heavy for a younger child to carry even when empty but it probably needs to be to be sturdy enough to do its job.
Other than that a fantastic product.Read moreLess1 person found this review helpful.

"Finally an alternative to hiring car seats when abroad! A"
21-Dec-2010
Finally an alternative to hiring car seats when abroad! A little bit big for a 4 year olds ruck sack, but plenty of space for her stuff inside. Good, solid and easy to use. We now keep ours in the back of the car as an extra booster seat.

"Fabulous! Solved my dilemma of fitting three child seats on"
09-Aug-2010
Fabulous! Solved my dilemma of fitting three child seats on the back row - I needed to put a child seat next to a baby seat and a toddler seat, and I have a renault scenic. This was narrow enough, but also reassuring from a safety point of view as it's not just a booster seat but also has a seatbelt height adjuster for the shoulder.
DS1 loves the fact it's also a backpack but I don't intend to use it as that very often. I'm delighted. I'll also be able to put three kids in the back of the clio when DS2 grows out of his toddler seat, as I can fit two of these next to a baby or toddler seat.Read moreLessMumsnetter zapostrophe
