"This is simply a long piece of soft fabric, from"
04-Sep-2011
This is simply a long piece of soft fabric, from a not-for-profit organisation, that is being used by Maidstone and Tonbridge NHS. The benefits from their point of view have been documented and research detailed.
I was originally part of the trial two years ago using the Moby wrap, but the KangaWrap is softer and less thick, which I think is a good thing.
Both of my babies have loved being carried around in the sling. It has made breast feeding easier, has allowed Dad to bond beautifully and play his part, and is so practical.
The ease of use would be a 10 but you have to learn how to tie the wrap on, which can be a fiddle. Once learned though, this is fab!!!
The price is a tad bit high, but is made by a not-for-profit organisation which is helping in the developing world - which is where the idea of this wrap came from!!!!Read moreLessMumsnetter AnnieVXR
