Obaby Zezu

I bought this car seat to go with the Zezu pramette as I thought it would be useful to be able to get DS in and out of the car for short shopping trips without either lugging around a heavy carseat or waking him up to get him into the pram. I regretted that decision the first time I used it with DS (on the way home from hospital) and ever since. It is really fiddly to get DS into as it's a 5-point harness and almost impossible to move the straps out of the way to put him into the seat without lying him down on them. It is hard to strap into the car and confusing at the back as the catch for adjusting the harness is almost identical to the seatbelt attachment and right next to it - DH has mistakenly put the seatbelt through it on a few occasions. The seatbelt attachments are really fiddly too and if you hang a toy on the carry-handle, the sunshade won't stay up properly. DH has been begging me to get a different car seat as this one is so hard to use. Not recommended at all.
