Bought this from babies r us, it looks good and was a good price. Unfortunately these were the only good points..
the safety harness straps came loose when travelling, very stiff to put into recline position. stitching came undone and hole appeared.The seat was returned within 10 days. the staff in toys r us were great and helped me reselect, now very happy with Britax
