The other day my husband and I went on a long country walk with our 2 little children and he carried Zack and I carried Jennifer and they were both very happy and comfy and to me Jennifer weighed nothing on my back and Alex my husband said it was very comfy on his back. An amazing product.

Quite simply the best piece of kit for having fun with the kids which we have bought. I am tall and my wife relatively petite and whilst I do the carrying when we're together , she has taken little grace out on her own. We both think it comfortable, easy to use and great quality.

nice peice of kit, handy if your not so keen to puch a pram about as i was, however i couldnt get the waist belt to sit right on my hips, thus meaning all the weight i have to carry through my shoulders, lucky though im strong :) i think the back could be made longer to accomidate taller people, im 6"3

All round nice carrier.we rented one in on a day trips in Wales.Thought the padding could do with being a little more thicker were Lilly sits. apart from that its a good bit of kit

Wow, the Littlelife Voyager child carrier has to be the Rolls Royce of carriers. After checking many different brands and models I eventually settled on buying this one. I wanted something that would be good enough for our weekend walks and also longer excursions and so far I've not been disappointed.
Although large, this well made carrier was easy to handle and comfy to wear and very comfy for our little girl who never complained even after a long walk; she just enjoys being up high and looking around.
As for all the extra's, I quite like the mirror, nice touch especially when walking on your own. It's always good to know you can check your little one without having to take the carrier off every time. Storage was never an issue; on top of the detachable day sack, there's also a zip compartment within the carrier, which allows you to store all the bits and pieces that you need, loads of space! Here's the best bit, well my wife thinks so anyway, on the carrier you get a thermal pocket. After 2 hours we took the 9oz Tommee Tippee bottle out and actually found we had to add some cold water, so it really does work.
The carrier also comes with a practical changing mat. I mean it's compact when rolled up and yet when opened its large enough for our 11 month old daughter. On sunny days, the sunshade's a great asset and adds another barrier to the sun, in fact the shade is SPF 50 treated so it really does the job well. Both of these accessories actually fit neatly into the main compartment.
This carrier is kitted out with so many functional features, it's brilliant. I'd say that despite the initial outlay, which is still half the price of a decent buggy, the fun and flexibility of being able to go where you want in the outdoors is well worth it. Overall it's a carrier that's easy to use, comfy and well equipped.Read moreLess1 person found this review helpful.

"If you prefer to carry rather than push, you will…"
17-Apr-2009
If you prefer to carry rather than push, you will wonder where this has been all your (little one's) life?! They've thought of everything, from a mirror to check on your little passenger, to change bag, insulated compartment for keeping bottles (etc) cool. There's a sun/shower canopy and stirrups to keep little legs from dangling, not to mention a sweet pillow to rest their head/face against. It's a bit of a faff putting it on/taking it off, but you get used to it and the straps felt comfy and made carrying a 2 stone toddler very comfortable, even enjoyable. Although it's at the more expensive end of the market, the extras are certainly worth it, especially as it covers such a wide age range (6m to 3 yrs).
