"Can't rate these highly enough! I have just been using"
03-Feb-2012
Can't rate these highly enough! I have just been using disposable wipes for 6 weeks when I went off on holiday, and this just reinforced that cheeky wipes are not just better for the environment, and cheaper, they are much better for the job at hand. The wipes clean really well, and DD had some bad nappy rash towards the end of our trip and would cry with the disposable wipes, she was very happy to have cheeky wipes back. As another reviewer said, you can make your own up, but when you need all hands on the job, the pop up lids on the containers are essential!

Brilliant. I have never used disposable wipes, just these. Admittedly you could just cut up a towel and hem the edges, but if you are lazy like me, get these.

"I wanted to buy reusable wipes and I am so"
16-Dec-2010
I wanted to buy reusable wipes and I am so glad I found these early on in my baby's life. I bought the complete pack and I use all items on a regular basis. I have only just recently run out of the essential oils that came with the pack (approximately 5 months use) and are just using oils from the health food store. They are great for at home as well as using while out and about. I have been very pleased with how no matter what has gone on them ...! they still do not have any stains. I upgraded to the bamboo towels instead of the terry toweling but I am sure they are all great. I would highly recommend these to all.

"I bought these for DC3 - for the first two"
10-Dec-2010
I bought these for DC3 - for the first two I'd used little scraps of unhemmed terry towelling, which worked out very cheap, but I had to use a separate bowl of water which was a bit of a faff. These are great - very convenient and they really get the tricky stuff off the baby, right from the meconium stage to toddler poo. They're also much more effective than the disposable wipes, as the surface means they pick up more of the mess, so you use less.

"These washable wipes are very good value for money and"
23-Oct-2010
These washable wipes are very good value for money and if you buy one of the kits it comes with some essential oil to put in them so they smell lovely. They wash well, last well and clean well, I only wish I'd found them sooner.

"Love my cheeky wipes. SO much better than disposable wipes."
30-Jul-2010
Love my cheeky wipes. SO much better than disposable wipes. And just love the out and about bags - one for fresh wipes and one for 'mucky' ones. Mucky bag fits one cloth nappy as well as mucky wipes so perfect for a trip out. Wipes wonderful for cleaning hands and faces after feeding time at the zoo too! Why anyone would choose a product that goes in the bin and has huge environmental impact when re-usable wipes are an investment that you'll still be using in 20 years time I can't imagine (they're great for removing make-up, small cleaning cloths, whatever you can think of!

"Bought these as got fed up with cotton wool sticking"
04-Mar-2010
Bought these as got fed up with cotton wool sticking to my son's skin and making it sore. What a brilliant product. A set of towelling squares you soak in water and a few drops of essential oil. Cleans him quickly and easily and you just chuck them in the machine with the rest of your washing. No further sore skin either! If you buy the starter set you also get 2 bags so you can take them out and about.

"Cheeky Wipes - saw these advertised in back of a"
22-Oct-2009
Cheeky Wipes - saw these advertised in back of a parenting magazine & had a look online. Have 2 different packs you can buy - standard or mini - the latter being for those who use washable nappies so don't need bag for dirty wipes.
25 wipes come in sealable plastic box, add 2.5cm of water & 5 drops of essentail oils mix ( in the pack too) At home use from the box, but put in to the "fresh" bag to take out & about. Good size wipe, towelling affect works well to lift 'mess' from my 14wks old & 2+1/2yr old. Seem a good investment I wish I'd made 8yrs ago when I had No 1 of my 4 boys - think of the money I'd have saved!Read moreLessMumsnetter 4point2kids
