The babasac is one of those products you didn't realise you needed but cannot live without..the dual tog aspect to this sleeping bag means it can be used in any weather which given the crazy British summer has been a godsend..my daughter loves snuggling in hers..I like the funky Prints ; i have both the hearts & stars. It's a quality product which washes well..mum & baby happy!! Have bought this as a gift for my friends who've just had babies..highly recommended.

The Babasac is a multi tog baby sleeping bag; it can either be a 1.0 or a 2.5 tog simply by unzipping the inner panels out. This makes the Babasac a great buy, as you don

Love this product, such a great idea and makes bedtime easy whatever the weather and wherever you are. It's easy to change from a 2.5 tog to a 1 tog and is lovely material. Love that it lasts from 6-18 months, there is plenty of space for wriggly sleepers :)

"Love the multi tog aspect of this bag…"

I really like the Babasac. It solves the problem of having to invest in a lighweight bag as well as a heavier weight one, as it can be used as 1 or 2.5 togs. It was great when we went on holiday and for the changeable weather we have been having. I find it really easy to use and it dries after washing really quickly if you take the extra layers out. I'm giving it 4 as I'd like to see more pattern choice but I heard they are launching an apple print soon. Costs a bit more than a gro bag but well worth it when you consider you are getting much more for your money.

"Fab product…"

These are great value as you can use them in summer and in winter so although a bit more pricey than a lot of sleeping bags, you have to compare it to the price of buying 2. Love the fabric design too, goes great with my white nursery. Would def recommend.

Such a clever idea, I can travel so much lighter with my son now by only having to take one sleeping bag which overs all bases, hot, cold & inbetween! Gorgeous unisex starprint & super soft. Worth the money.

"One of the best items I've bought!…"
25-Jun-2012
I think this is probably my top buy for my triplets, it has saved me a fortune as I am not having to buy several sleeping bags for the boys for all of the seasons. You also avoid the whole wriggling out of their covers and getting cold issue!
The sleeping bag has 2 layers and so in the summer you can unzip a layer leaving you with a sleeping bag that is the same thickness as a sheet (1.0 tog) or in the depths of winter you can zip the second layer back on to have a lovely snuggly 2.5 tog sleeping bag.
A wonderful invention and a must must must buy!!!!Read moreLessMumsnetter Kimdale333

I love my babsac! We have been using the babasac for the past few months. untilnow I usually bought another well known sleeping bag brand - in changeover seasons, Id' find myself with two different togs in order to make sure my children weren't overheated or too cold. Babasac has saved me time and money! I can slip a panel in or out. It's also great for holidays where I now just take one sleeping bag with me. I'm not sure you're supposed to do this but I sometimes just take one panel out when I feel they aren't quite ready for both to be taken out. overall I love my babasac and will definitely be buying another.

I love this product. My son is a hot baby and I always worry that he is in his 2.5 tog sleeping bag and too hot but with this I can just take the inner panel out and he's fine! A great travel item and really nice designs!

"Genius…"
14-Jun-2012
I have a little girl and I bought the navy stars as I liked stars and I wanted a unisex bag to last me longer than the first child. When the sleeping bag arrived I was very pleased as it truly is unisex and my daughter looks very cute in it!
I bought the 6 - 18 months sleeping bag so I could get a full years use out of it but at the time my daughter was only 4 months old. Now she is 5 months old and fits the bag with the use of the poppers under the armpits, so it will last her even longer.
The sleeping bag is very soft -even after washing a few times - and is of very good quality.
Now I get to the good bit - it is MULTI-TOG! Genius! If the nursery is a little bit warm I just unzip the inner panels and hey presto - 1 tog. If the nursery is a little bit chilly, I just zip the panels back in.
Its perfect for travelling too. I will be visting my sister shortly but as I dont know the temperature of her room, or what the weather is like, I would normally try packing two sleeping bags into a tiny weekender bag. Now I just have to pack the babasac.
Obviously I'm not going to tell you that it performs miracles and since Ive had it my little one has been sleeping through (she does that anyway) but I will tell you that the comfier and cosier the little ones are the better chance of them having a nice snooze. The babasac will definately make baby snug and comfy.Read moreLessMumsnetter Lucyhas
