"a lifesaver for active sleepers!…"
I was lucky enough to be asked to review the new and improved Twinkle Tog for 2015. Much improved on the previous version it now features softer fabrics, a convenient popper instead of zip fastening and adorable new matching booties for cold little feet.
I loved teh previous incarnation of the Twinkle Tog with my first son in 2012, it was SO convenient to be able to put baby in the suit and know that if you had to go out they could be in their bedtime outfit and you could eaily transfer them from car seat to bed without a need to be disturbed. I also used to take it with me if I took my son to somewhere for dinner I could change him there and move him to bed from the car. It saved some valuable time! I also love that if you have an active baby who moved around their cot a lot that they have a lot more freedom of movement and cant get their legs tangled like in a sleeping bag etc.
My only complaint is in terms of sizing, the 1-2 size only fit my very small first baby until 15 months at a squeeze and only fit my second baby till he was 12 months, though the 2-3 size fit excellently until he was almost 30 months.
Overall I am so happy with this product and so happy it will soon be back on the market.
Well done Dreamgenii, another great innovative product.Read moreLess

Excellent idea.... if your child kicks off their bed clothes and/or doesn't like the restriction of a traditional bag. Also recently discovered its the perfect thing for a long haul overnight flight.... I agree with the other reviewer, that the zip could be easier, as could nappy access...but I have the give this the max, relative to everything else I have used or seen available. I'll be buying a lower tog for summer...Read moreLess

We loved this alternative to a sleeping bag. Great for little ones who are prone to fall over in the usual sleeping bag. You do need to add socks though. Zip can be a bit tricky and not easy if you need to do a night-time change, but great for toddlers in cold houses as they can wear the suit after they get up before the heating comes on!Read moreLess
