BT Digital Baby Monitor & Pacifier

This baby monitor was a present from my mother in law, it has all the gadgets including temp gage and light/ classical music (or you can add your own music), and a lovely show of star lights to help baby get to sleep. Only problem is that sometimes when the music is playing this sends the cry monitor of and it beaps at high points in the song.

Brilliant!we have used this with our little girl from birth.It's more expensive than some models, but the extras more than compensate for this! The temperature night light is brilliantly, the light show amuses baby (we leave it on all night, its no distraction to me even though I sleep in the same room). I love the fact you can plug in an iPod and it plays the music. The torch on it is great for night feeds too!

We got the monitor a couple of weeks ago and are thrilled. Prior to this one, we had the most basic monitor you could get (A Tomy £20 one) which had a constant buzzing noise. We feel a bit spoilt now with this one - with all its bells and whistles. However, all the extras aren't just for show - they are really useful. Our baby has just started teething and was struggling to go down to bed as usual, however the light show and the music seems to relax and comfort her - so I can just leave her to enjoy the show and fall asleep!

The parent unit is great - it allows you to mute the 'low' noises... so when our little girl is just murmuring in her sleep - you have the option to not hear this, but just be alerted when they are really awake/upset.

The battery is brilliant - I forgot to put it in the charger the other night and it lasted the whole night! It also has the option to control the lights and the music from the parent handset - which I did not think I would use - but I have and it's great... if she stirs, I just pop the music back on and it seems to sooth her back to sleep, without me having to get out of bed (amazing!)

I cant recommend this enough! The sound quality is fantastic and the battery brilliant - all the extras just make it extra special! Although we are only 2 weeks in - so I am hoping the honeymoon lasts ;-) Plus its fair to point out our old monitor was SO bad, that this is far superior!!
